The applicant named below, (the applicant), applies for a licence from Kids Music Company Ltd, (KMC), which authorises the Applicant to use music from any of KMC's original albums in the Applicant's mainly music classes.

ANNUAL LICENCE FEE

The annual Licence fee for NZ mainly music groups is $40 + GST per year, payable in one lump sum, or four installments of $12 + GST. The Licence entitles the Applicant to:

• Unlimited use of the complete KMC original range including KMC material used by mainly music as at end 2009, plus Break Out, Mango Tango, Stay and Play, Swing This Way and any original music released during the term of this agreement
