Do you use Kids Music Company music in your business?

If so, you need a licence.

 

This does not apply to Schools, Kindergartens, Preschools, Non-profit organisations or retail shops that sell our products. If you are not sure please email Wendy to clarify your situation.

 

From July 2009 all commercial use of Kids Music Company Ltd copyright music requires a Licence in the same way that Dance Classes require a Licence to use copyright music in their sessions.

 

Kids Music Company Ltd will licence businesses directly for the use of their copyright music.  A  nominal annual fee is payable for this licence.

 

 

 Please download a Licence Application and Agreement form for the use of Kids Music Company Ltd music in your business.

 

Simply fill in your details, the number of sessions you and your staff teach per week, then sign and return both forms by:

An invoice will be forwarded to you on receipt of the completed application form. A licence will be granted once details and payment have been received.
